Agreed, it’s great that session doesn’t require a phone number. But what channel do you use to share session IDs? I only use session to talk to people I can validate their identity face to face. You risk a MITM attack if you share the ID over an insecure channel.

And yet I still have a paid Kagi subscription, but I don’t blame people who don’t, and think their use of Yandex should be more obvious.

Agreed. I pay for Kagi, and find their search better than any other, and struggle when I’m forced to use another search engine temporarily.
