The article even makes that claim comparing answers from those who only used an LLM, those who used it to help, and those who avoided using one.

I had been using Pop-os for about a year but wasn’t completely happy with it. A friend suggested Bazzite and, to me, it was a lot better in some ways and worse in others. I’ve since switched to Fedora and don’t really have any complaints. I don’t plan on switching again baring something I don’t see coming.

Isn’t this just trading one cartel for another? The difference being that doctors and lawyers can be held accountable for their errors while a LLM can’t because no one actually stands behind them.

Fhqwhgads pushes every bit to the limit.

I know, right! How can they expect to die from incurable cancer when we’ve got all the world’s compute devoted to curing it?

The only course of action most Windows users would take at this point is a full reinstallation.
I think most users would either hire someone to reinstall Windows for them or would decide to buy a new laptop. The fun part is that as soon as they log into their MS account after a reload/purchase the sync would happen again and they would be right back where they started.

Yes, all of that happened but it happened because Samsung uploaded the photos without clear authorization and Microsoft downloaded all of the files without authorization after One Drive was automatically reinstalled after the user deliberately removed it.

Hold up. I’m not sure if we want to crash the filament market.

Really with an SSD this makes extra sense. Not only would over writing the data immediately take some time but would also use up the limited write cycles faster.

How is it being recieved outside odmf the bubble we are in?

There is little difference between enshitificstion and being greedy dicks.

I don’t really know what an ‘ai browser’ is and at this point I feel like i really need to ask. What makes a browser “AI”?

My bet is microtransactions and a lot of them not being great lol games. You don’t need a 5090 to play a AAA game unless you’re maxing out the visuals.

Not trying to defend Tesla on this because fuck Musk and everything he touches but are there stats on how, when, and why the human took over? Did they just not take over? Did they take over to late? Did they take over and make the situation worse?

And nothing of value (except enough money to feed and shelter everyone in the world) was lost.

Same here. There is a learning curve because, while it does all the same things, sometimes it happens in a slightly different way and the UX is different.

Windows has the enterprise. What Fortune 500 company uses Linux on the desktop?

No translation was really needed. They outright stated that they didnt know yet.
