Yeah, the only thing missing from this article is that the title doesn’t end with “, as intended.”

No, common sense says that.

Absolutely not because of privacy concerns. But definitely not about a resources or time issue. This is them responding to the negative backlash without acknowledging their tone deaf Superbowl ad. If there was time or resource issue they wouldn’t have dropped tens of millions of dollars bragging about it.

I prefer brown pants

Also, please use copilot… please

The LLM comparison to a team of human developers is a great example. But like outsourcing your development, LLM is less a tool and more just delegation. And yes, you can dig in deep to understand all the stuff the LLM is delegated to do the same as you can get deeply involved with a human development team to maintain an understanding. But most of the time, the sell is that you can save time - which means you aren’t expecting to micro manage your development team.
It is a fractional CTO problem but the actual issue is that developers are being demanded to become fractional CTOs by using LLM because they are being measured by expected productivity increases that limit time for understanding.

Whoa whoa whoa… no one said let AI be the administrative assistant.

What if it is news about someone forcing a person to light an Amish person’s candle at midnight. Is it technology news then?

I see these countries building their trade with counties other than the US as the only good part of Trump’s tarrif tantrums. Less reliance on the US is better for everyone, even the US. Because it will force us (I am American) to have to participate globally without the strong arming bullshit we have always relied upon. It will force us to actually work with others.

The issue is not so simple. Blocking BYD has a lot to do with protecting American manufacturing jobs. That’s not to say Biden’s tariff was the right answer. But it is a more complicated problem to solve than it appears from the perspective of a single car buyer.

So… AI.

Back in 1997 I worked overnight at a bank running their backup software. Lots of sitting around being bored. I took it upon myself to change the Windows 95 startup logo to say Windows 96 on a number of computers. Someone out there remembers Windows 96.
If you were truly telling the actual truth you would need to include at least 4 more negative adjectives in describing Elon.
Upset, but unwilling to regret their vote admit their part in their moms losing their livelihood or home.
People didn’t let him off easy. They outright rejected him. So he sold himself to Trump for the position he has. He’s a morally compromised whore for money and power so he doesn’t have to face the harm he has caused to countless people.
