4 months agoI like it being extensible instead, as some adblocks might be opinionated or unresponsive. It’s easier to swap adblocks then browsers.

That’s the hardware issue he was talking about, it has no relation to the effectiveness of the usage of the LLM. It sounded to be mostly a project he was doing for fun rather then out of necessity
2·5 months agoYeah, it’ll work fine. It syncs occasionally but you can also force a sync. Just make sure you backup somewhere (with an encrypted backup you can do it anywhere, even Google drive without privacy issues) incase of fire or wtv. If you’d like online access you could also setup wireguard with a route to it.
There are now quantum resistant algorithms, with the hope being that even advanced quantum computers wouldn’t be able to crack it in a time that different from regular computers. I think I was reading that it’s already a part of release wireguard?
