I use linux to download the ISO. Microsoft wants you to download the ISO if you are on linux. Then I copy it to my ventoy directory and move on. Rarely do I make a dedicated windows usb drive.

I’ve 3d printed a number of whistles that were not good enough. A few that did work at all. I really understand. I’ve saw the one in the picture on different sites but am satisfied with the one I chose.
