Fuck this culture of “tipping”. I wouldnt have to fucking tip if they paid their drivers. Do you tip in cash on Uber? The driver won’t know that until they get there and you just look like a low-pay customer. Do you tip in the app? Congrats, you just tipped uber. The driver may or may not receive it. Do you verify with each driver to make sure they end up getting the money? Uber has obfuscated tipping for drivers FOR YEARS.

And tariffs are for charging the company being imported. They never tried pushing those lost costs onto the customer

I agree that the UI for discord sucks shit, however my thinking is aligned with what another commenter said, its what people already know and are used to.
