Considering the speed of 20%+ charging, what would you predict 10-20% to be?
Even if you add another 10 minutes making the total 22 minutes, at that temperature I’d be impressed

I think your opening statement is getting you down votes.
This tech isn’t aimed at consumers, it is for business users where the business has decided to deploy remote windows servers for their employees.
I wouldn’t want one of these as a daily home pc.

Every bios I’ve used has 2 sets of certificates built in. The default one is the Microsoft production certificate and the Linux bootloader doesn’t match. But their should be another certificate for open source systems that will work.

Secureboot uses certificates to verify integrity. The user is able to install new certificates. So I’d say it is the user? I’m not an expert though and their may be hardware out there that doesn’t allow new certificates.

I will repeat it. Roblox is not a daycare. If you want your kids to go online and play games, then supervise them.
Sorry but the ipad isn’t a fucking pacifier. If you want to leave your children unhindered on the internet, Roblox or whatever, then that’s on you. If you aren’t looking after your child’s well-being, then don’t expect some game to do that for you.
The mental gymnastics people put to place the blame firmly on online games is maddening. I expect those who disagree also let their kids run around the supermarket unsupervised.

It’s this type of thinking that is pushing the “but the kids” rhetoric seemingly world wide.
We either have a free, open and anonymous internet… or a dystopian identity-required-at-every-point-of-access, heavily moderated, hellscape.
The internet isn’t a daycare, the parents should be playing with them or close by at all times.

Until Big Crochet buy up all the materials. Fuck Big Crochet

I actually quite like it. The bank is called Monzo and the app is well presented. Support is fast and I hardly ever go to the bank anyway. Post offices play the role for cash and cheque deposits.

My primary bank is phone only.

I bought a pixel 10 because I wanted face unlock for contactless payments (level 3 biometric).
But from what I’ve read in the past, GrapheneOS doesn’t work with most banking apps let alone payments.

The most annoying thing is that users from Europe get to skip most of this. No privacy option nagging, no OneDrive nagging.
I could do what you did in 40 minutes, including the updates (no idea why yours took 40 minutes, I’d say about 20 for a fresh install).
So it is possible, but it’s Microslop so…

I don’t think that is much different to any other software firm that sells propriety commercial software.

Welcome to the internet. We hope you enjoy your stay!

I’m going to install it on edge and use it as my daily driver.
Another con: 0 support. They don’t answer.

Does this not happen in Europe? Never known OneDrive to be so intrusive.

Certainly not me or you.
