I do too. I use it at least once a month and still love it. It will be a very annoying day when that hard drive finally fails.


That’s what I was afraid of, and that sucks because using Tails could mean avoiding prison or worse for journalists doing certain work.

This has gotten me especially curious about Tails.


It makes me wonder if RHEL will get (or at least lobby for) some kind of carveout, since their intended customers are corporations. It would be really impractical at vest to try to make some headless server try to verify its age.
The last company to do this iirc was Motorola in 1997. You can buy them on the secondary market now for about 80 cents.
The word for that is “autodefenestration.”
