Fraudsters for example go nuts when they know the original holder of the ID they obtained or stolen is dead, since no one can really fight back as the original owner is deceased (unless their relatives managed to rescind the ID’s legality, like canceling their driver’s license through the DMV via a death certificate as proof since the holder of it has died) in which they may exploit a dead person’s ID since they will be likely to say “it doesn’t matter, they’re dead anyway”.

Those same types of people could exploit age verification or facial scans by assuming a dead person’s ID (their license) scanning their face if they managed to find their corpse. The AI doesn’t know if the holder of the ID is alive or dead unless it knew beforehand from a recorded database (a human rescinds the validity of that ID as the owner died), like how tech companies will just sell dead people’s online data for money since they remain indifferent of their death.

Anybody who is single and has a fatal illness should get credit with an evil bank, max it out, and then give all their debit and credit cards to thrives before they die.

Dead bodies are not people and don’t have rights. If there’s a harm done, it has to be to someone else. Like surviving relatives or something.
