We already have that. Think of how much food and housing could be built with all the money and resources used building bombs and fighter jets. Because obviously what starts as innocent will become genetic modifications to prevent diseases, and then the remaining assholes will start saying that being gay it trans or black is a disease too. Hell, they might try to make us all blond hair and blue eyes if people get their way.
