another reason could be that your public ip is “dirty”, check the reputation of it and maybe request a different one from your hoster

youtube usually rolls out “features” only for a smaller subset of users a time (to limit service disruptions and backlash), just because you are not affected yet does not mean that it will not affect you soonish
